This site and its contents are supplied and managed by Condo Managers Jamaica, a locally owned and operated property booking and management business duly registered in Jamaica by the Office of the Registrar of Companies.

We personally oversee all aspects of our guests' experience to ensure that everything is always 'IRIE' and that even the most discerning of vacationers are satisfied. Our team has over 35 years hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and brings much experience, professionalism and expertise to our business operations.

Our Community Involvement

We are closely linked to community in which we operate and as such empower our local Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) through our community building initiatives and donations through you.

We were the event sponsors for beach cleaning activities for the 2012 International Coastal Cleanup Day observed on September 15, 2012. We also participated in the initiative which was also undertaken by the Rotary Club of Ocho Rios along with Jamaica Money Market Brokers, the Rotaract Club of Ocho Rios, as well as the Interact Club of the Marcus Garvey Technical High School.
Condos at the Ridge donates 1% of gross room revenue to our local Rotaract Club, as a contribution by guests to help in their environmental and community outreach programs. We also take steps to minimize the effects of our operations on the environment, while maintaining a price point which is cognizant of our guests needs, by incorporating green products such a non-chlorine bleach and scheduling housekeeping service in a manner which doesn't force our guests to compromise on service.

We ask that all guests be mindful of the waste they bring in to the country and minimise same by removing merchandise packaging such as toothpaste boxes and cologne packaging. Instead, pack a reusable toothbrush case to help reduce your carbon footprint. We also encourage the consumption of bottled water from 1 litre or 5 gallon containers which may be used to refill your personal water bottle. It is significantly cheaper to do so, especially in a tropical climate such as ours. A large percentage of local waste is sent to landfills for combustion, which releases harmful gasses into the air. Please help us in our efforts in helping to preserve our environment for future generations to enjoy.
