Reservation & Cancellation  Policies

Reservations are required for all guests and are confirmed at the time of booking. However, a deposit is needed to have bookings guaranteed for the requested arrival date.

All unconfirmed bookings are subject to cancellation by 10:00 am on the day of arrival should they not be guaranteed by online payment or failing that a deposit via a local bank.

Bookings must be canceled by email within 7 clear days of arrival in order to avoid  cancellation fees which are the equivalent of one night's room charge plus any associated processing fees.  A reduction in the previously reserved room nights is also treated as a cancellation and as such, will be subject to the above cancellation policy.

Local Booking and Payment Policy

For locals and other CARICOM nationals who would like to stay with us, but do not have a credit card or debit card which will not allow for charges to be made online, kindly contact our reservations centre by dialing 1-876-437-7000.

Additionally, you may feel free to text or WhatsApp us at 
1-876-437-7000 at anytime. A member of our cheerful and expert customer service team will be eager to assist you in confirming your booking today for payment at a future date.

For those persons on island, accommodations may be guaranteed via bank deposit from anywhere in Jamaica, or by visiting the resort in person.
