Destination Weddings

Our destination wedding options range from very small intimate gatherings to massive celebrations exceeding 100 guests and a wedding party spanning two soccer teams (22).

Feel the call of Ocho Rios as it beckons you to “make it happen here”. Our many wedding accomplishments all speak for themselves, each offering  a unique touch of professionalism and ambiance to exchange intimate "I Dos". Your choice of venue ranges from pristine waterfalls in an outdoor setting, a private garden retreat by the sea or the traditional chapel.

Packages include:
  • The license and services of a marriage officer
  • Two Certified Copies or Marriage Certificates
  • The Bride’s Bouquet and the Groom’s Boutonniere
  • One 8inch Caribbean wedding cake
  • One Bottle of sparkling wine

The following services are also available at an additional cost:

Photography –  US$300 (36 4x6 photos + CD & album)
Video – US$150 (full edited DVD)
Extra Bouquets  - US$65 each
Extra corsages –   US$10 each

Civil Ceremony
US$300.00

Just the happy couple, a marriage officer and two witnesses provided by us. 
  • You may have up to 2 guests sharing the occasion.
  • You will receive two copies of your marriage certificate within two weeks of the event.

Civil Ceremony with guests
& Cocktails US$450.00

The happy couple and guests numbering no more than 10.

  • License and Services of Marriage Officer
  • Two copies of the wedding certificate will be provided within two weeks of the ceremony.
  • Two Bottles Sparkling Wine & Cocktails
Required Documents:

  • Original copies of birth certificates, in English and notarized
  • Bride & Groom’s full names
  • Letters stating Occupations
  • Divorce certificate(s) (if applicable)
  • Death Decree (if applicable)
  • Fathers’ full names
  • Parents’ permission if either party is under 18 years of age
Important:

All required documents must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of the event and the Bride & Groom should be on the island for at least 24hrs prior to the ceremony.

A deposit of US$50.00 should be sent with the required documents and the balance paid two days prior to the event.

You will be required to cover an additional 5 placements for the reception. This amount will be refunded if these placements are not used.

The photo and video team will require a 50% deposit on the package. This fee will be non refundable if services are not cancelled three days prior to the date of the wedding, the balance is payable on this date.
Should you wish to have us undertake full wedding planning services, which may include wedding garments, reception and decor, you need only contact us via telephone for us to put you in touch with a Boutique Specialist.
All rates and packages are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. Condos at the Ridges reserves the right to amend and or revoke any portion of the above details at our discretion.
