The Management and Service Associates of Condos at the Ridge, Ocho Rios Jamaica, considers it a great privilege to have been of service to you since 2006. Our unwavering commitment to valued service, as well as the health and safety of our many guests, has contributed much to our position as one of Ocho Rios' top lodging providers.
Notwithstanding, the emergence of COVID-19 has brought about much to consider in the new hospitality environment. It has forced us to reconsider how we do business, how we interact and how do we still ensure our many guests recognise that our dedication to service and safety is our promise to each person staying with us.
As a show of good business, we closed our doors in mid March 2020, in a bid to not only protect our service teams, but also you, who expect nothing but the best during each visit.
We have now reopened in a soft launch, as at June 21, 2020 with limited services and amenities and established new protocols for customer interactions in a bid to help in reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Among the limited amenities is the nonavailability of our swimming pool and restaurant. Both these amenities are not scheduled to be available for use until August 2020, owing to the fact we have limited ability to impose social distancing protocols at the pool and low patronage at the restaurant from reluctant patrons still wary of contracting the virus.
Our team has implemented the protocols below is an effort to maintain our promise to prioritise your safety, as a part of how we continue to be the "better way to vacation".

We know you have to venture out and also recognise your need to be reassured your room remains a "Safe-Space". To this end we have provided hand sanitizer as well as rubbing alcohol spray bottles to ensure you are sure we've got you covered.
